Order Cancellation

We do not cancel orders for buyer’s remorse. However, you will be able to request a cancellation if you change your mind within one (1) hour after the transaction is completed. Please Note: Within one (1) hour after the transaction is completed; If you decide to cancel the order, we will honor your cancellation and refund in full less the non-refundable transaction fee. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change, you must contact us before we ship your package. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be changed.

Refunds

If you received the wrong item you can request a reshipment. Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

You can submit refund requests within seven (7) days after you received the goods. You can do it by sending us a message on the Contact Us page. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within fourteen (14) days.

Exchanges & Returns

As we provide a size chart for all our products, we recommend using the size chart and ordering as per that. If you made the wrong choice we would not offer a refund or a reshipment. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within one (1) week after receiving the product. We require video proof of the damage at the time of opening the parcels to ensure that it wasn’t the customer that damaged the item. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than four (4) weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us if you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order.
