A unique ferro-visualizing speaker with top-of-the-line sound quality. This device transforms sound into a multi-sensory experience. It uses ferrofluid, a magnetic fluid developed by Nasa for rocket ships to control fuel in Zero Gravity; to add a visual element to listening to music. Connect to any device via Bluetooth/USB. Audio from your device feeds into the speaker and translated in real-time to electromagnetic pulses. The pulses cause the magnetic fluid to react and sync with your music.
In a nutshell, our code sets a threshold for each frequency band from the audio playing. These thresholds automatically adjust and modify pulses for the audio being played. Once a threshold is broken that triggers a pulse from the electromagnet. The hold time for the pulse is determined by the audio playing. Hold time is the length of the magnetic pulse or how long the magnet is actively holding the ferrofluid.
