I didn’t get the “purple version”, and it’s very handy for my uses. I wasn’t sure if it was real uv, so I tested it – works just fine.

Great little thing. What’s disappointing is that a rechargeable doesn’t fit in, even a regular battery is a tight fit. I’m trying to move away from batteries, but eh… It’s a Jysk rechargeable, might try with others.
